Historically Haunted is a small podcast, and its store is staffed by just a few people. We will try to ship your T-shirt the next business day after the order has been processed. Shipping should take 1-2 weeks; however, due to COVID-19 and other factors, it could take longer. All T-shirt orders will have a UPS tracking number. If you have any questions, please reply to the email you will receive with your order. Please ensure that your email subject line states this is about an order.

Spreadshop orders:

All of my coffee mugs, water bottles, and stickers come from the company Spreadshop. Spreadshop takes care of all orders and shipping on their end, please follow their shipping policy and instructions located in your confirmation email.

T-Shirt Return Policy:

Please read our returns and refund policy below before making your first shirt purchase.

Returns

Our return policy expires after 30 days. Unfortunately, if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received the T-shirt with all tags attached to be eligible for a return. The product must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your T-shirt return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that it has been received. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. In the case of an exchange, we will let you know if the size you are requesting is immediately available or if there is a wait time.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. Processing time varies by financial institution. The shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

If you haven’t received your refund, first double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company to see how long it takes for a refund to be posted. Your bank may also have a processing time before the refund is posted, so check with them If you have done all of this and still do not receive your refund, please contact us at historicallyhaunted.313@gmail.com.

We cannot refund purchases lost due to incorrect address labeling. Please be careful to enter your full name and correct address when you place your orders. If a correction is necessary, please let us know ASAP. If the order has already been mailed, the only way we can get you the order is if it is returned to us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you ordered the wrong size and it has been less than 30 days from your purchase, follow the steps below in “Returning Your T-shirt.” Next, place another order for a T-shirt in the new size. You may order the new T-shirt immediately or wait for the refund to process. If the shirt is out of stock, you will be informed by email of the expected date it will be restocked.

Returning Your T-shirt:
First, email us at historicallyhaunted.313@gmail.com letting us know that you are requesting a refund or an exchange. Please also include the reason for this request, and write “T-shirt refund” in the subject. Second, return your shirt to us. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs to return your T-shirt. Consider using a trackable shipping service because we do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
